My Profound Thoughts

Simple yet subtle.. Profoundly silly yet thought-provoking.. Sums up life..

My Comfort Song ❤️😇

I sat by the window seat of the bus with thoughts bearing discomforts of worldly matters that were bothering me. The whole news and talks in town were all about inflation, recession, increased costs of living and taxes. “I definitely needed some distraction”, I thought. I put my headset on and scrolled through my playlist on Spotify until I found this song—the song we did last year. When I wrote it, I never thought of one fine morning like today I would listen to it, seeking comfort. As we approached the hospital forecourt, I got off the bus with a calm and serene mind. No doubt music has magic that soothes the soul.

Much Love ❤️ God bless

About Me

I am Chinchu Kuriakose aka Chinchu Gibu. I am a writer/ blogger with a vision of spreading positivity and good cheer to the world and a Clinical Research Nurse by profession, working in Cancer Research. The creative side of me adores nature, humanity, romance and emotions; while the professional side of me works on research protocols and evidence-based practice. When a feeling, a moment, a thought or a memory touches my heart, it flows as words. I do it with passion; I do it with love. Yes, it is my profound thoughts that I would like to think a bit louder, so I could share a piece of it with the outer world.
